These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 75psk website located at https://75psk.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). 75psk is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its features — including sports betting, casino games, live-dealer products, bonus offers or any informational content — you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 75psk.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to your location, to register an Account and use the Platform. 75psk strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is underage, we will immediately suspend the Account and conduct further verification.
Reaching 18 years of age does not, of itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before using this Platform.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful and that you are not acting in contravention of any applicable law.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses, payment methods or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any associated balances and permanent suspension.
Users who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or who have been excluded by 75psk are not eligible to register a new Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and funds deposited or withdrawn — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] (displayed as plain text; not a clickable link).
75psk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory document submission.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, operate a commercial betting service using your Account, or use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
While 75psk takes reasonable steps to ensure that game odds, bonus details and informational content on the Platform are accurate, we do not warrant that all content is error-free at all times. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrectly stated odds, bonus values or game outcomes caused by a technical fault — we reserve the right to void affected transactions and correct balances accordingly.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
Some content on the Platform — including game software, live-dealer streams and odds data — is supplied by third-party providers. 75psk is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or conduct of third-party providers, though we take reasonable steps to select and monitor suppliers appropriately.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are published in the Platform cashier at the time of use and are subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as local context only. Their appearance on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions, nor a guarantee that their services are currently available for gambling transactions.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform supports PKR accounts. Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and published in the cashier section. These limits are subject to change. Illustrative figures provided elsewhere on the Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit) are examples only; refer to the cashier for confirmed current limits.
Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts and via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by method and are subject to operator-published schedules; 75psk does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
75psk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay or decline any transaction that raises AML concerns, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying bets). Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements; check the game contribution schedule on the relevant promotion page.
While a bonus is active, placing a single bet exceeding the published maximum bet limit (typically stated on the promotion page) may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.
Bonuses that are not activated or fully wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
75psk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void related winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting manifest errors, hedging bets across accounts or using prohibited betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine game engagement.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reversal of withdrawals and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and structural design — is the property of 75psk or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 75psk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75psk, its officers, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute-resolution mechanisms available under the operator's licence jurisdiction.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before they take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
